Ingredients per 1000g (1 kg) of meat
Salt | 18 g | 3 tsp |
Sweet paprika | 5.0 g | 2 tsp |
Smoked paprika | 2.0 g | 1 tsp |
Instructions
- Cut pork meat and belly into smaller pieces and mix with salt and paprika.
- Grind through 2 mm plate.
- Remix until the mass feels sticky.
- Stuff into 22-24 diameter casings.
- Refrigerate.
