Ingredients per 1000g (1 kg) of meat
|Salt||18 g||3 tsp|
|White pepper||2.0 g||1 tsp|
|Cinnamon||0.5 g||1/4 tsp|
|Nutmeg||0.3 g||1/8 tsp|
- Grind meats through 10 mm (3/8”) plate.
- Mix with salt and spice.
- Stuff into 22-24 mm sheep casings forming 10 cm (4”) long links.
Cook fully before serving by frying or grilling.
