Instructions
- Soak cereal in the fresh pork blood the night befor preparation and keep in a cooler.
- Grind meat with onions through 1/4” (6 mm) plate.
- Mix meat with blood and spices.
- Stuff into 40 mm hog casings.
- Cook in water at 80° C (176° F) for 35 minutes.
- Cool and refrigerate.
