Shrimp Sauce

Shrimp sauce.
  • 1/2 pound cooked shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons butter or other fat, melted
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  1. Cut shrimp into small pieces; brown in butter 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Blend in flour and salt; add milk gradually and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
  3. Add egg; heat.
  4. Serve over cooked fish.
