Scallop Salad

Scallop salad.
  • 3/4 pound cooked scallops
  • 3 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/3 cup sliced radishes
  • 1/2 cup French dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato wedges
  1. Chop scallops. Chill.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients except lettuce and tomatoes.
  3. Serve on lettuce; garnish with tomato wedges.
