Oyster Stew

Oyster stew.
  • 1 pint oysters
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 quart milk
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Paprika
  1. Melt butter, add drained oysters and cook 3 minutes or until edges curl.
  2. Add milk, salt, pepper, and bring almost to boiling point.
  3. Serve at once.
  4. Garnish with paprika.
