Pigs in blankets.
Ingredients
  • 1 pint select oysters
  • 12 slices bacon
Instructions
  1. Drain and dry oysters.
  2. Wrap each oyster in half a slice of bacon and fasten with a toothpick.
  3. Place on preheated broiler pan about 3 inches from heat and broil 3 minutes; turn and cook other side about 2 minutes, or until bacon is crisp.
  4. Remove toothpicks and serve on buttered toast.
