Pan Roast Oysters

Pan roast oysters.
Ingredients
  • 1 pint oysters
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Buttered toast
Instructions
  1. Drain oysters and place in shallow buttered baking dish.
  2. Melt butter, add seasonings and pour over oysters.
  3. Bake in hot oven 400° F about 10 minutes or until edges begin to curl.
  4. Serve immediately on buttered toast.
