Barbecued Oysters

Barbecued oysters.
Ingredients
  • 36 shell oysters
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 slices bacon
Instructions
  1. Shuck and drain oysters; place on deep half of shells.
  2. Mix bread crumbs and seasonings and sprinkle over oysters.
  3. Cover oysters with pieces of bacon.
  4. Place oysters on a preheated broiler pan about 3 inches from heat and broil for 5 minutes or until edges curl.
