Tangy Lobster On Rice
Tangy lobster on rice.
- 3/4 pound cooked lobster meat
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon powdered mustard
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup butter or other fat, melted
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Cut lobster meat into 1/2-inch pieces.
- Add seasonings, lemon juice and lobster meat to butter.
- Fry for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Serve on rice.
