Tangy Lobster On Rice

Tangy lobster on rice.
  • 3/4 pound cooked lobster meat
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon powdered mustard
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup butter or other fat, melted
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  1. Cut lobster meat into 1/2-inch pieces.
  2. Add seasonings, lemon juice and lobster meat to butter.
  3. Fry for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. Serve on rice.
