Lobster Stew

Lobster stew.
  • 3/4 pound cooked lobster meat
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Dash white pepper
  • Dash nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 pint milk
  • 1 pint coffee cream
  • Chopped parsley
  1. Cut lobster meat into 1/2-inch pieces.
  2. Add seasonings and lobster meat to butter; heat.
  3. Add milk and cream and bring almost to boiling point.
  4. Garnish with parsley sprinkled over the top.
Serves 6.
