Lobster In Sour Cream

Lobster in sour cream.
  • 3/4 pound cooked lobster meat
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Toast points
  1. Cut lobster meat in 1/2-inch pieces.
  2. Combine the next 6 ingredients and heat.
  3. Stir a little of the hot sauce into egg; add to remaining sauce, stirring constantly.
  4. Add lobster meat and heat.
  5. Serve on toast points.
