Frozen Lobster Salad

Frozen lobster salad.
Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound cooked lobster meat
  • 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 5 drops tabasco
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • Lettuce
Instructions
  1. Cut lobster meat into 1/2-inch pieces.
  2. Cream cheese and mayonnaise.
  3. Add the next four ingredients and lobster meat.
  4. Whip cream.
  5. Fold in whipped cream.
  6. Place in a 1-quart ice cube tray; freeze.
  7. Remove from freezer and let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
  8. Cut into 6 slices and serve on lettuce.
