French Fried Spiny Lobster Tails

French fried spiny lobster tails.
  • 6 frozen spiny lobster tails
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  1. Thaw lobster tails.
  2. Cut in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove meat in one piece.
  4. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings.
  5. Combine flour and crumbs.
  6. Dip lobster meat in egg mixture and roll in flour and crumb mixture.
  7. Fry in a basket in deep fat, 350° F, for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on size of lobster tails.
  8. Drain on absorbent paper.
