Boiled Spiny Lobster Tails

Boiled spiny lobster tails.
Ingredients
  • 6 frozen spiny lobster tails (5 to 8 ounces each)
  • 2 quarts boiling water
  • 1/3 cup salt
  • Melted butter
Instructions
  1. Place lobster tails in boiling salted water.
  2. Cover and return to boiling point.
  3. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on size of lobster tails.
  4. Drain.
  5. Cut in half lengthwise.
  6. Serve with butter.
