- 1-pound can salmon
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked peas
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle, chopped
- 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
- 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- Drain and flake salmon.
- Combine all ingredients except lettuce, being careful not to break the fish into too small pieces.
- Serve in lettuce cups and garnish.
