Broiled Kippered Salmon with Egg Sauce
Broiled kippered salmon with egg sauce
- 1-1/2 pounds kippered salmon
- 2 tablespoons butter or other fat, melted
- Dash pepper
- Arrange fish, skin side up, on preheated, well greased broiler pan about 4 inches from source of heat.
- Broil for 7 minutes.
- Turn, baste with butter and sprinkle with pepper.
- Broil 5 minutes longer or until brown.
- Serve with egg sauce.
