Molded ocean perch salad
Ingredients
  • 2 cups flaked ocean perch
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons chopped sweet pickle
  • 2 tablespoons chopped stuffed olives
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Salad greens
Instructions
  1. Soften gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
  2. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved.
  3. Cool.
  4. Blend mayonnaise, ketchup and lemon juice.
  5. Combine all ingredients except salad greens; mix well.
  6. Pour into mold and chill until firm.
  7. Unmold on salad greens and garnish.
