Ingredients
  • 1 pound ocean perch fillets
  • 1 quart water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
Instructions
  1. Skin fillets and place in boiling salted water.
  2. Cover and return to boiling point; simmer 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  3. Flake.
  4. Can be served hot with a sauce.
