Flaked ocean perch
Ingredients
- 1 pound ocean perch fillets
- 1 quart water
- 1 tablespoon salt
Instructions
- Skin fillets and place in boiling salted water.
- Cover and return to boiling point; simmer 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- Flake.
- Can be served hot with a sauce.
