- 2 cups flaked smoked catfish
- 1/4 cup sliced stuffed olives
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- Bread toast
- Combine all ingredients except bread. Chill.
- Spread bread with fish mixture; cover with another bread toast.
