Garlic in Miso
|fresh garlic||225 g||8 oz|
|miso||225 g||8 oz|
|mirin (sweet rice wine)||15 ml||1 Tbsp|
- Peel off garlic cloves.
- Mix miso with wine to make a paste.
- Place some of the miso mixtrue in a jar, then add garlic.
- Cover garlic with a new layer of miso.
- Repeat the procedure until all garlic cloves are covered with miso.
- Close the jar and refrigerate.
