Shrimp Wiggle

Shrimp wiggle.
  • 3/4 pound cooked shrimp
  • 1/4 cup butter or other fat
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup cooked peas
  • Patty shells, toast cups, or toast
  1. Cut large shrimp in half.
  2. Melt butter; blend in flour and salt.
  3. Add milk gradually and cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly.
  4. Stir in peas and shrimp; heat.
  5. Serve in patty shells, toast cups, or on toast.
