Shrimp Salad
Shrimp salad.
Ingredients
- 3/4 pound cooked shrimp
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped sweet pickle
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- Lettuce
Instructions
- Cut large shrimp in half.
- Combine all ingredients, except lettuce; chill.
- Serve on lettuce.
