Shrimp Meuniere

Shrimp Meuniere.
  • 1-1/2 pounds shrimp, fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper
  1. Peel shrimp and remove sand veins.
  2. Wash and drain on absorbent paper.
  3. Fry in butter, turning frequently, for about 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
  4. Remove shrimp to platter.
  5. To browned butter, add lemon juice and seasoning; pour over shrimp.
Serves 6.
