Fried Scallops

Fried scallops.
Ingredients
  • 2 pounds scallops, fresh or frozen
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
Instructions
  1. Thaw frozen scallops.
  2. Remove any shell particles and wash.
  3. Cut large scallops in half.
  4. Combine egg, milk and seasonings.
  5. Combine flour and crumbs.
  6. Dip scallops in egg mixture and roll in flour and crumb mixture.
