Boiled Scallops

Boiled scallops.
Ingredients
  • 1 pound scallops, fresh or frozen
  • 1 quart boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons salt
Instructions
  1. Thaw frozen scallops.
  2. Remove any shell particles and wash.
  3. Place in boiling salted water.
  4. Cover and return to the boiling point.
  5. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, depending on size.
  6. Drain.
