Baked Scallop Timbales

Baked scallop timbales.
Ingredients
  • 1 pound scallops, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 cup soft bread cubes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
Instructions
  1. Thaw frozen scallops. Remove any shell particles and wash.
  2. Chop scallops.
  3. Combine all ingredients.
  4. Place in 6 well greased, individual shells or 5-ounce custard cups.
  5. Bake in a moderate oven, 350° F, for 25 to 30 minutes or until firm in the center and brown.
