Oyster Kabobs

Oyster kabobs.
Ingredients
  • 1 pint select oysters
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut the bacon in 2 inch pieces.
  2. Arrange a slice of bacon, an oyster and thick slice of tomato on skewers.
  3. Repeat the arrangement.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and place skewers across baking dish, leaving a little space between the bacon, oyster and tomatoes on the skewers.
  5. Bake in very hot oven 500° F about 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
