Tuna Crumb Pie

Tuna crumb pie.
  • 2 cans (6-1/2 or 7 ounces each) tuna
  • 1 quart soft bread cubes
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • Dash pepper
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • Paprika
  1. Drain tuna. Break into large pieces.
  2. Combine with bread cubes.
  3. Place in a well greased, 9-inch pie pan.
  4. Combine eggs, seasonings and milk.
  5. Pour over tuna mixture.
  6. Sprinkle cheese and paprika over pie.
  7. Bake in a moderate oven, 350° F, for 45 minutes or until pie is firm in the center.
