Tuna and Corn Casserole

Tuna and corn casserole.
  • 2 cans (6-1/2 or 7 ounces each) tuna
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter or other fat, melted
  • 1 package (8 ounces) macaroni
  • 1 can (1 pound 4 ounces) cream style corn
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper
  • Paprika
  1. Drain tuna. Break into large pieces.
  2. Cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
  3. Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain.
  4. Combine all ingredients except paprika.
  5. Place in a well greased, 2-quart casserole.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Bake in a moderate oven, 350° F, for 50 minutes.
