Salmon Rice Loaf
Salmon rice loaf.
- 1-1/2 pounds salmon steaks or fillets, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup uncooked white rice
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- Dash pepper
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
- 3/4 cup water
- Combine all of the ingredients except water.
- Place in a well greased casserole and pour water over top.
- Cover tightly and bake in a moderate oven, 350° F, for 1-1/2 hours.
- Turn out on a hot platter and serve plain or with a sauce.
