Halibut Filled Rolls

Halibut filled rolls
  • 2 cups flaked halibut
  • 3/4 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 6 large buttered rolls
  1. Combine all ingredients except rolls.
  2. Fill rolls with fish mixture.
  3. Place on a baking sheet and heat in a moderate oven, 350° F, for 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese has melted.
Serves 6.
